| ALSO: | A check for $25.00, made out to the City of Chicago, Department of Revenue, which will be returned if that fee is waived |
PAYMENT IS REQUIRED WITH YOUR APPLICATION
Your fee pays our staff, which will assist you in loading and unloading ,and fill in for you while you go for food or take a break. It also pays for overnight security service. Money remaining in the fund will be used by the Community Art Fair Committee and the Harper Court Arts Council to encourage and enhance community art activities.
- Anyone who has not submitted a valid Illinois tax number will not be able to participate. You cannot exhibit in Chicago without it. you should be able to get one from any state of IL facility or http://www.illinois.gov/.

- $25.00 check made out to: City of Chicago, Department of Revenue
- New applicants must send 5 photos or slides.
